Effective December 1, 2016, the Village of Grafton has entered contract with SafeBuilt Ohio to perform all building department services including construction inspections and property maintenance. Past Building Department services have been provided on a part-time basis. Comments from residents, businesses, developers and contractors, inspired village officials to explore other avenues to improve the efficiency of the building department services and the permit/inspection process experience. Village officials believe the services provided by SafeBuilt, will enhance services provided and expedite all Village permitting and inspections and improve the overall quality of building department services. Schedule of Monthly Meetings:
|Planning & Zoning Commission||Meetings will be held on the 3rd Tuesday of each month as needed. Information is due at Town Hall by 4:00pm the first Tuesday of the month.|

Paving Application Note: Site Plan submission is required with all Paving Applications. When replacing an existing paved area, any and all widening or added length to existing surfaces, alteration of paved areas, addition or alteration to walkways connected to paved surfaced, need be noted on submitted drawings.
