PUBLIC NOTICE Effective December 1, 2016, the Village of Grafton has entered contract with SafeBuilt Ohio to perform all building department services including construction inspections and property maintenance. Past Building Department services have been provided on a part-time basis. Comments from residents, businesses, developers and contractors, inspired village officials to explore other avenues to improve the efficiency of the building department services and the permit/inspection process experience. Village officials believe the services provided by SafeBuilt, will enhance services provided and expedite all Village permitting and inspections and improve the overall quality of building department services.
